A really good machine starts with careful design of its frame. It is important to have a rugged, strong structure that withstands serial, repetitive loads, dampens vibrations during movement, keeps the units involved in machining stable, and its covers protect the operator from moving parts.

Before embarking on the design, we precisely outline the requirements for the machine. After evaluation and risk analysis, we start to create the 3D model, from which we prepare detailed technical drawing documentation. We start the production of machine frames only after the load simulations have been performed and the structure has been qualified as maximally reliable and safe.
